Do I need solar experience to apply?
No. Most reps started with zero solar background. We teach the product — you bring the sales game.
What does a typical week look like?
Doors, daily. You work your territory, set or close deals, and get paid weekly. No desk, no meetings-about-meetings — your calendar is the neighborhood.
What training do I get?
Four on-demand trainings — Rapport, Closing, Voice & Tonality, and Objection Handling — plus real scripts and a test when you're ready. All inside the rep portal.
Do I need a car?
Reliable transportation helps — territories span LA and Orange County. Plenty of setters start by working a territory near home.
How fast can I be in the field?
Apply → invite within 48 hours → 3-step onboarding → four trainings at your own pace → territory and redline. Move quick and you're knocking the same week.
Is this a W-2 job or 1099?
1099 independent contractor. No benefits. No cap on what you earn.
How and when do I get paid?
Weekly, by direct deposit — after the deal installs and the customer pays in full. We cover chargebacks and adders when you sign on.
How much can I actually make?
Depends on your closing rate, deal size, and doors knocked. Clean-process closers commonly book $5K–$15K per deal; setters earn a split when their leads close. We don't publish income claims — your check is your check.
How do I move up?
Produce, and the ladder opens: close deals as a rep, mentor a pod and earn overrides, then own a market — and eventually more than one. Leadership is built from the field, not hired over it.
